Come join us for a day of travel as we take the train from Wrocław to Poznań in this travel vlog from Poland. In many ways this was a journey of continuous mistakes as we started off the morning trying to eat breakfast at a place that wasn't open and we ended up almost being late to catch our train. Once inside of the train we quickly realized we probably should have booked a better ticket as we were crammed inside. Upon arriving in Poznan we got super lost as well. Oh, well now that we're here we're happy and ready to explore the city and eat Polish food.

Poland Train Journey from Wrocław to Poznań travel vlog video transcript:
Well good morning good morning. Good morning. It is our final day in Wroclaw and today is a travel day. We're heading to Poznan and we're taking the train.
Yeah, it is the first time that we've actually going to take the train on this particular trip in Europe. Like we've just been taking buses. A lot of Flixbus. And what is it? Flixbus.
What was the one we took last time?
Polskibus. Polskibus.
They are both very budget. Yeah. But it does the job. I'm so bad with names. Yeah. Anyways, we're really excited to take a train again. And that is our preferred method of transportation so yeah. But first we need food. We've already started packing up the apartment. Um but our train departs at noon and there is a really good place downstairs. They do like smoothies, fresh juices and salads. So we're going to go grab a bite and yeah then we'll start traveling.
So when in doubt we always head to the Milk Bar. Nothing else was open. Like we couldn't find any other breakfast. We popped into a little bakery because I guess we are running a little behind. So anyways we finally got our food. Yes. And surprise surprise we are getting pierogi again.
When in Poland. So yeah, now we're just heading back to the apartment.
Time for an update. We're on the platform waiting for our train. It should be coming next. And yeah, it'll be nice to travel by train. Also, I guess we should update you on our travel plans.
We left Budapest like maybe 2 weeks ago and we were like yeah we're going to make our way to the Baltics and travel north but then we got to Poland and we've really been enjoying it so we decided to actually extend our travels here. Yeah. And we've already gone to Krakow and Wroclaw and we've got like 3 or 4 more destinations. Yeah, Poznan and then Gdansk and then maybe one more.
So yeah, it is just one of those situations where we've just really liked it in Poland but also too we had a really really busy schedule for a while.
And you know what? It is so affordable in Poland. It is. That is another reason. Yeah, that is another reason too and yeah it has just been great. We've been on our own schedule now for a while and we've been really enjoying that.
Made it. Hello from the train station. Made it. Made it. It was a very short journey. But it was a sardine session. Oh my gosh. Yes.
It was one of those compartments with 8 people. 8 people plus luggage. And barely enough room to fit our luggage. We are lucky that none of the other passengers on that trip had big bags like us. Yeah. Otherwise, we wouldn't have fit. I don't know what would have happened.
Anyways, I like taking the train but that was not comfortable. Like I didn't even have room for my feet to stretch out or anything. My one foot. The lady had a bag.
So what is our first meal in Poznan?
Mexican.
But anyways let's do an apartment tour. The world's fastest room tour. Kitchen. So we have a nice big kitchen. Come check this out. And if we move into here I'll show you the bathroom. It is massive. There is a tub.
And then just over here we have our bedroom. I really like the bedroom. As you can see we haven't even unpacked.
We'll have food videos and hopefully a city guide coming for you soon.
This is part of our Travel in Poland video series showcasing Polish food, Polish culture and Polish cuisine.
